Development team focuses on fundamental skill development as well as athletic and personal growth. The Alpine U-System teams are focused on advanced to elite alpine racing skill development as well as athletic and personal growth. Race team coaches work with Development and Alpine Race Teams, with athletes ages 7-20. Ski team coaches are responsible for the successful implementation of curriculum as developed and communicated by the Manager, Head Coach and or Director. Our Mission is to provide the best development opportunities for personal and athletic achievement while instilling passion for snow sports and appreciation of our Olympic history, legacy and legendary mountains. Success is measured by the quality of the athlete and employee experience, athlete success through skill acquisition and performance in skill assessments, parent satisfaction and athlete and employee retention. Applicants must be 16 years of age. The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees.
