About The Position

This position contributes to the completion of customer orders and impacts goals and bonuses directly! Aside from being an essential function in the organization, you'll work closely with others in the same role to complete the racking and unracking of various parts. Here are some core things you should know about being a racker: Starting rate of $15.50 plus a shift premium! It's a repetitive role in function, but you work with a wide range of customer parts, so it's a little bit different each day! 3rd Shift works Sunday through Thursday, from 11pm to 7am Lifting 30 pounds will be required, but anything more than that is going to be a two-person lift. We work around chemicals (that's how we create a metal finish) - so safety is extremely important. It gets warm in the plant during the summer months and cold in the winter months. Read more about our Aluminum Anodizing process here. Our processes involve a complex range of chemicals, so it's important to be comfortable around chemicals.
