Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support the integration, test, and verification of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. The Radar Systems Engineer will: Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution Conduct system verification and support certification activities Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment Be comfortable working in hands-on laboratory or field environments Work a Non-standard shift as needed Have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent STEM degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or a Master's degree
Integration and test experience on complex systems
Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts and weekends as required by the supported program
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance

Experience with one or more of the following:

Test plan/procedure development
