About The Position

Avera Health is looking to bring in a Radiant Analyst ASAP with an anticipated end date of 7/31/26. The big bang go-live date is on May 30th, 2026, and will be supporting design, optimization, testing, validation, and optimization.

Requirements

• Extensive Epic Radiant implementation experience -- system confirmation, build, at-the-elbow support, and optimization experience
• Radiant testing and validation required
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to be able to help step in to train and upskill team members where needed
• Radiant Certification required

Nice To Haves

• Radiology workflow design and optimization experience preferred
• Previous Epic new enterprise and big bang go-live experience would be great
