About The Position

About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Scope of work Under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, uses clinical skills to accurately run CT simulators, deliver, verify and record routine courses of treatment. Assumes shift accountability including machine warm-ups. Utilizes independent judgment and problem solving skills in communicating with patients/families and employees.

Requirements

• Vocational/Technical a related field
• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program
• CRT-Radiation Therapist - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist within 60 Days required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross required within first 90 days

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field preferred
