About The Position
Heartline Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a hospital-based diagnostic imaging opportunity in Peoria, Illinois. This role supports inpatient, emergency, trauma, surgical, and outpatient imaging services within a collaborative diagnostic imaging department using modern imaging technology and electronic medical record systems. Position Highlights Five openings available New graduates welcome Hospital-based diagnostic imaging department Night and weekend shift differentials available Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 with two-year commitment Relocation assistance may be discussed during the interview process Clinical Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging exams primarily for inpatient populations with some outpatient imaging Perform imaging exams for emergency department and level one trauma patients Assist surgical teams using fluoroscopy with C-Arm equipment in sterile environments Conduct portable imaging exams throughout the hospital when required Technology and Equipment EPIC electronic medical record system Change Healthcare PACS imaging system Carestream GE and Philips imaging equipment OEC surgical imaging equipment
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license required
- BLS certification required
- New graduates welcome
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and imaging techniques
- Ability to safely position and guide patients through imaging procedures
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging exams primarily for inpatient populations with some outpatient imaging
- Perform imaging exams for emergency department and level one trauma patients
- Assist surgical teams using fluoroscopy with C-Arm equipment in sterile environments
- Conduct portable imaging exams throughout the hospital when required
Benefits
- Salary range $36.39 to $47.63 per hour
- Night shift differential $2.25
- Weekend shift differential $2.50
- Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 with two-year commitment
