About The Position

Responsible for providing technical and clinical support to the Imaging department. Operates X-ray equipment for diagnostic and/or therapeutic purposes. Monday – Friday 4/10 hour shifts 7am – 530 pm with 1-2 possible late shifts a week. Flexible call schedule (roughly 8 per month) varies with rotation. •Knowledge of EPIC software •Familiar with PACS archiving •Knowledge of Hybrid Siemens equipment/Advanced Vascular features & Troubleshooting (Pheno/Zeego) •Knowledge of Siemens Portable C-arm functions to include digital subtraction, road mapping, measurements etc. •Familiar with Vascular supplies to include balloons, diagnostic catheters, wires, sheaths etc. •Multitasking abilities •Team player •Works independently •Communicates effectively

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • 4-6 years work experience
  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
  • Knowledge of EPIC software
  • Familiar with PACS archiving
