Requirements

• Completion of course in radiologic technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current certification (ARRT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic images of soft tissues.
• Prepare examination room and equipment for use as needed.
• Position and monitor patients throughout the exam.
• Answer questions regarding the examination.
• Ensure safety for both patients and staff.
• Process routine paperwork.
• File reports.
• Follow organizational policies and procedures.
