Role Purpose The Ramp Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the unloading and loading of luggage, freight and cargo on and off commercial aircraft. The Ramp Supervisor will also drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles. This position will require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stretching. Requirements

• Prior Ramp/Airline experience required
• Possess valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
• Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively

Responsibilities

• Supervise lead agents; allocating ramp agent resources as needed
• Ensure that ramp personnel adhere to established company safety regulations
• Some responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems as needed for violations of company policy.
• Prepare disciplinary incident and or termination reports
• Required to attend the mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as per job role
• The Ramp Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the unloading and loading of luggage, freight and cargo on and off commercial aircraft.
• The Ramp Supervisor will also drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles.
• This position will require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stretching.
