Requirements

Firearm Safety Expertise – Strong knowledge of range safety rules, firearm handling, and emergency procedures.
Range Operations Experience – Prior experience working in shooting ranges(a +), enforcing safety protocols, and assisting guests.
Passion for Shooting Sports – Enthusiasm for firearms and shooting sports, with a desire to help out shooters of all experience levels.
Strong Communication Skills – Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests, build rapport, and provide top-tier customer service.
Sales & Goal-Oriented – Motivated to achieve sales targets and promote memberships and training programs.
Team Player with Initiative – Ability to collaborate effectively while also being proactive and self-motivated.
Flexible Availability – Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Ensure Range Safety – Enforce all safety rules and procedures to maintain a secure shooting environment for guests and staff.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Provide personalized experiences and exceed guest expectations.
Educate and Assist Guests – Use product knowledge to help guests choose the right firearms.
Maintain Range Equipment – Perform routine inspections and report necessary repairs to management.
Uphold Cleanliness Standards – Complete and document daily cleaning tasks to ensure a professional and well-maintained range.
Support Training & Development – Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in developing fellow range officers.
Assist with Range Events – Help coordinate and execute competitions, private bookings, and special events for a seamless guest experience.
Drive Revenue Growth – Promote range memberships, special events, and training programs to increase engagement and sales.
Execute Range Officer Duties – Oversee range operations, assist guests, and enforce safety protocols during shifts.
