About The Position

Vitense Golfland is seeking attentive, proactive, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Rangers! Rangers play a crucial role in ensuring safety and providing excellent guest experiences across our entire facility. Rangers must be knowledgeable about the rules and safety regulations for all amenities at Vitense Golfland and monitor customer activity to ensure guests are safely and responsibly enjoying the facility. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist in multiple areas as needed . This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to be physically active, can quickly problem-solve, and excels working with others.

Responsibilities

• Facility Safety & Guest Monitoring Ensure the safety of all guests by monitoring activity in all areas to prevent unsafe behavior and respond quickly to any concerns.
• Politely and professionally address guests who do not follow safety guidelines.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and facilities to identify and report potential hazards.
• Patrol the property continuously to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer guest questions about facility rules, amenities, and equipment usage.
• Assist customers in learning how to use various equipment properly and safely.
• Help monitor wait times for activities and communicate with the front counter to manage guest flow.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Clean up trash and debris throughout the property to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Assist with Golf Academy duties and general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Support other departments and fill in as needed for different roles at the facility.
