About The Position

Come join a dynamic, growing, and stable company in the Bakken area! Ruach Resources, LLC operates concrete ready mix plants and aggregate pit locations in the Tioga ND and Williston ND area. We are looking for ready mix plant manager who is familiar withready mix concrete, and quality control to manage our Williston Plant. Operator would need to be able to operate a loader as to not contaminate the aggregate when loading batch plant. When not batching we expect house keeping to be complete, inventoriesupdated, quality testing to be done (during pours and after), resettingof blocks, servicing/greasing of equipment, etc. A Class B CDL and the ability tobatch oneself and deliver to a location is a big plus. THIS IS NOT ANOFFICE JOB. Applicant must be mechanically inclined totroubleshoot the batch plant in a timely manner or be able to recognizethe need for assistance. Must be flexible, able to think on their toes,and be a critical thinker. Applicant needs to be detailed oriented andconscientious. It is a high pressure, quick moving job at times that needs an efficient manager that can thrive in those moments. Pay DOE. We offer retirement, health, vision, anddental insurance.
