About The Position

Rhoades McKee has an exciting new opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. If you enjoy working closely with people, managing projects, staying organized, and helping move real estate transactions forward, this role offers a great opportunity to grow alongside a supportive and highly skilled group of attorneys and professionals. What You'll Do Partner with our attorneys to keep real estate matters running smoothly - from gathering information to preparing documents and helping coordinate closings. Build strong, positive relationships with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and others involved in each transaction. Serve as a helpful point of contact for clients and outside counsel, making sure communication is clear and timely. Collect and organize due diligence materials, prepare summaries, and help keep everyone informed throughout the process. Assist with reviewing title commitments, surveys, and environmental reports. Coordinate searches with municipalities and outside vendors and track incoming results. Maintain closing checklists, prepare signature packets, and help manage the logistics leading up to closing day. Draft routine real estate documents such as resolutions, certificates, affidavits, and other closing deliverables. Handle post‑closing tasks like recording documents and assembling closing binders. Look for ways to improve processes and support the team's workflow. What We're Looking For Someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.

Requirements

  • Prior real estate experience. At least, 5-7 years, preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Comfort working with technology, including document management tools and e‑recording platforms.
  • A team‑oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
