As a Real Estate Valuation Analyst at CYM Living, you will play a vital role in assessing the value of multifamily residential projects. Your responsibilities will include performing financial analysis and market research, preparing valuation reports, and supporting the valuation process. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research to determine the value of multifamily residential real estate.
- Prepare and deliver accurate valuation analyses for various multifamily projects.
- Review financial statements, property records, and market data to create precise valuations.
- Perform market comparisons and analyze trends in local and regional real estate markets.
- Create valuation models and utilize software to assess multifamily projects.
- Collaborate with appraisers, brokers, and other real estate professionals to gather necessary data for valuation.
- Clearly and concisely communicate valuation findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate valuations, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and valuation principles.
- Experience with valuation software (e.g., CoStar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
