As a leader on our team, you'll manage complex data linkage initiatives for Federal projects that will require deep technical expertise and proven leadership experience in managing large-scale, secure data environments. In this role, you'll: Lead and oversee data linkage projects involving large and complex datasets, data transfer, processing, and harmonization activities. Ensure compliance with Federal security policies, procedures, and standards. Develop and optimize linkage algorithms and evaluate linkage accuracy using statistical metrics. Provide risk management, quality assurance, and maintain data security for Federal datasets. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication. Join us. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as project or task lead
• 2+ years of experience with data related projects, including maintaining data security for Federal datasets
• Experience with statistical and analytical work, including evaluating linkage accuracy and optimizing algorithms
• Experience with cloud services and data engineering
• Experience leading tasks or projects at or for a Federal agency or organization
• Knowledge of data linkage methodologies, including deterministic and probabilistic, including POI and PPRL
• Knowledge of Federal security policies, procedures, and standards
• Public Trust
• Doctorate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Behavioral Research

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CMS data
• Experience with AI/ML methods for linkage optimization
• Experience with data integration and data quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and automation tools for linkage processes
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PMP Certification
