About The Position

We are seeking a Rear Load Residential CDL Driver to safely service residential neighborhoods and ensure dependable waste collection for our customers. This is a local, home-daily position with stable year‑round work. Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• No restrictions (must be able to drive manual and automatic trucks)
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle physical tasks

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of local route driving preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a rear load residential garbage truck on assigned routes
• Read and follow route sheets and dispatch directions
• Collect and load residential waste into the rear load truck
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment)
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Assist with other related duties as needed
