About the position

Unlock your potential as a leader in product solutions, where you will guide Treasury Sales, optimize complex problem-solving, and shape customer-centric strategies. Leverage your receivables product and industry expertise to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Product Solutions Director in Commercial and Investment Bank, you will serve as an expert in receivables and depository products. Leverage your advanced capabilities to craft complex solutions, partner with Global Corporate Banking Treasury Sales teams to identify and capture market opportunities, and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Leverages extensive payments process knowledge and product expertise to identify, create, and present client-tailored solutions
  • Advises Treasury Sales teams on product capabilities while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk to enhance the customer experience
  • Partners with Sales to advise on strategic pricing for deals, validate accuracy of volumes and obtain approvals
  • Consults with clients and prospects to identify needs and presents solutions at the C-level
  • Develops and presents sales training to Treasury Sales teams for existing and new product enhancements
  • Oversees Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
  • Manages the collection of client feedback and shares with Product Management teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Treasury Services sales, product management experience or equivalent expertise leading and developing solutions across a cluster of receivables products
  • Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes
  • Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients' needs
  • Strong technical expertise, payments industry knowledge and consultative experience to create complex solutions and redesign sessions with clients and prospects
  • Strong executive level presentation skills, including ability to consult and sell at the C-level
  • Ability to clearly articulate operational and financial benefits of proposed solutions
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong writing and analytical skills to support Request for Proposal responses, presentation content and ROI analysis development
  • Team oriented with ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, peers and cross-functional partners
