About The Position
Middlebury, VT | Full-Time | On-Site Join the team behind some of Vermont’s most iconic beverages. Vermont Cider Company is looking for a detail-driven, hands-on Receiving & Inventory Control Specialist to keep materials moving smoothly through our Middlebury manufacturing facility. If you enjoy fast-paced operations, take pride in accuracy, and like being at the center of the action, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 2+ years in receiving, warehouse, or inventory control
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working on the production floor and around equipment
- ERP or inventory system experience
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus (we can certify)
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials
- Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and audits
- Investigate discrepancies and support continuous improvement
- Issue materials to production and maintain organized warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with purchasing, quality, supply chain, and production teams
- Operate forklifts and support shipping as needed
