The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all inbound shipments, ensuring accurate receipt, inspection, and documentation of goods. This position requires a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to assist with transportation needs, including occasional pick-ups and deliveries. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional logistics or supply chain training preferred.
  • Valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse receiving or logistics.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills.
  • High level of focus on accuracy and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Dependable and consistent presence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all incoming shipments.
  • Verify quantities, quality, and condition of received goods against purchase orders.
  • Document discrepancies and communicate with vendors or purchasing teams.
  • Update inventory systems promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and storage of received materials.
  • Operate company vehicles for pick-up and delivery of goods as needed.
  • Align with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and logistics teams.
  • Schedule and prioritize receiving activities to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
