Bio-Medical Equipment Service Co. is seeking a quality-focused Receiving Specialist to support our growing Service Depot. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing and staging incoming biomedical equipment for service and repair. This role requires a trustworthy and driven team player to help us fulfill our mission to keep equipment healthy for patient care. Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Ability to accurately perform data entry & validation
  • Ability to complete detailed service and repair documentation
  • Ability to initiate and maintain effective verbal and written communication (English)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to independently perform duties and make decisions
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to operate a Windows PC with cloud-based software
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to build trust with fellow team members, produce results, and accept ownership of your responsibilities, performance, and actions
  • Willingness to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Process daily incoming shipments of biomedical equipment
  • Validate device and customer order details for accuracy and completion
  • Enter, update, and manage data in ERP software, databases, or spreadsheets
  • Generate service and repair documentation
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain compliance with BMES policies and Quality Management System
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
