About The Position

The CFAC provides a safe, supportive, and multidisciplinary environment for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. Our mission is to ensure that every child receives the care and opportunities they deserve while minimizing further trauma. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the communities we serve. We are seeking a Client Experience Reception Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as our main point of contact with all visitors and ensure all visitors are given the upmost hospitality when visiting our facility. In addition, you will work hand and hand with our mental health component to ensure ARBEST expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in all clients, families, MDT partners, and visitors.
  • Answer doors and phones, route calls appropriately, and provide information about services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow confidentiality protocols.
  • Support appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Oversee mail and package receiving and distribution.
  • Act as a calm, supportive point of contact for clients and families.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, families, and staff.
  • Assist with special accommodations and client needs.
  • Provide support to visitors when appropriate and necessary.
  • Maintain a welcoming reception area and waiting spaces.
  • Offer refreshments and ensure visitor comfort.
  • Monitor and replenish hospitality supplies and materials.
  • Remain calm and follow established crisis and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with staff and leadership during emergencies or high-stress situations
  • Support Mental Health component with ARBEST expectations.
  • Field all calls for Mental Health services and manages voicemails.
  • Support other teams and components as needed.
