About The Position

Responsible for the front office, attends to all receiving and outgoing telephone calls, creates invoices, and assists with receivables. Qualifications ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. This list is not all-inclusive and may include other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be flexible in changing daily work situations

  • Display good organizational skills
  • Tend to detail aspects of the position
  • Must be able to understand Microsoft Office and/or spreadsheets. These may include Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and/or Word.
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate’s degree in business administration or 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors at the front office entrance and directs them to the proper location.
  • Routes incoming calls to the requested destination and places outgoing calls as required.
  • Performs clerical duties for all departments within CCL Hermitage, PA.
  • Sorts and distributes daily incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assists the accounting and Human Resources Manager as required.
  • Backup to payroll and accounts payable, as required
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and departmental supply orders.
  • Create invoices and credits for receivables and process them to the end customer.
