Guest Services Representative – JLL What this job involves: Join our dynamic guest services team where you'll be the first point of contact creating exceptional experiences for visitors and employees. As a Guest Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in welcoming guests, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless daily experiences in our professional environment. This position combines hospitality excellence with administrative coordination as you help maintain our reputation for outstanding service. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while supporting various office functions that keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming personality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations
  • Good typing skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, reception, or guest services roles
  • Knowledge of security access systems and visitor management
  • Experience with package management and administrative coordination
  • Previous experience in corporate or commercial office environments

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm, provide office orientation, and assist with arrival and departure processes
  • Create memorable experiences through warm, proactive customer service and personal engagement
  • Track all visitors, vendors, and guests while managing parking and vehicle logs
  • Coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages, courier services, and mail distribution
  • Welcome event guests and assist with printing visitor badges
  • Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding tracking processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and streamlined guest service processes
  • Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc facilities assignments as needed.
