About The Position

Front-desk duties, visitor management, and daily office operations. Manages office supplies, badges, and conference room upkeep. Handles visitor announcements, supply orders, and EVA facilities requests. Manages vehicle logs, snack bar, and basic finance support. Schedules rooms and assists with basic meeting logistics. Maintains digital signage updates (basic content). Supports events through setup and logistics. Routes mail and calls. Coordinates admin tasks around projects, programs, and department-wide initiatives. Drafts communication, updates org charts, and supports HR processes. Manages travel, P-cards, licenses, and higher-level administrative processes. Manages executive calendars and complex meeting coordination. Oversees digital signage strategy and broader communications needs. Coordinates events, agendas, invitations, and exec attendance. Drafts correspondence and reviews communication for leadership. Updates official org chart.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
