We’re seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Facility Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while supporting daily facility operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both front-desk interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination to keep the workplace running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Problem-solving skills and comfort interacting with staff, vendors, and management
  • 1–3+ years of facilities, property administration, or similar experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with facility/maintenance software
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and OSHA/safety regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s or equivalent experience accepted

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and support physical security protocols
  • Manage work orders (repairs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) from submission to resolution
  • Coordinate vendor check-ins
  • Support safety and compliance procedures
  • Maintain facility records, assets, and office space logistics
  • Handle mailroom operations, supply ordering, and occasional catering setup/breakdown
  • Provide administrative and reporting support as needed
