Receptionist Floater

About the position

Johnson Motors is a dealership group with locations in New Richmond, St. Croix Falls, and Menomonie, WI. We are seeking a part-time floater receptionist that can help fill our coverage needs at all four of our dealerships within our group. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a flexible work schedule. Johnson Motors takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The number one job of our receptionist is to be the first impression for our customers and facilitate a positive overall experience.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Strong awareness of customer service
• Must have a poised, cheerful attitude
• Must have a professional appearance and attitude
• Must have the ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment while upholding the customer service standards of Johnson Motors
• Must have the ability to manage a cash drawer
