We are seeking a Cooperate Receptionist for our firm's main Birmingham office. In this role, you will ensure the office's operations run smoothly by answering phones, taking and relaying messages, sorting through mail, and handling other administrative tasks as needed. You will be responsible for greeting guests and maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with our clients and visitors.

Requirements

Experience working in an office setting.
Ability to multitask
Strong organizational skills
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)

Previous experience as a Receptionist is a plus!
