About The Position
Scout Boats is looking for a temporary receptionist for approximately 2 months. Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM- 5:00 PM Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM Positions will entail other duties as growth and change of the office demands.
Requirements
- Experience working in a Front Office
- High School diploma required
- Must be friendly, out-going and reliable.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and employees promptly
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
- File invoices as needed by Accounting
- Assist with employee apparel
