Job Summary The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization. They are responsible for handling the flow of customers via telephone and face-to-face. This position is not ‘remote work’ capable and requires punctual, consistent, and regular attendance for all scheduled shifts. Missed work affects the day-to-day operations of the company. This in turn negatively impacts fellow employees through lower morale and /or lost income opportunities.

Requirements

Good communication skills, multi-tasking skills and computer skills preferred.
High school diploma or the equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Act as a good will ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
Maintain efficient communication within the department, as well as between departments.
Promote harmony and team spirit within all departments.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them properly.
Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information.
Assist with office projects (flooring reconciliation, vehicle inventory entry, etc. )
Filing paperwork for dealership departments as needed.
