The Receptionist works under general supervision to perform various procedures associated with routine patient encounters; and maintains positive relationships with patients, family members and other visitors, and fellow employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• formal training which will probably be indicated by experience working with the public
• ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations
• ability to count money accurately
• pleasant attitude
• neat appearance
• excellent communication skills
