This firm is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist in our Holiday, FL office to be the first point of contact for incoming calls and on-site visitors.

Requirements

College Diploma
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Exceptional phone etiquette
Punctual to work
Positive, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

New client intake.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, serving as the first point of contact for potential new clients.
Engage callers with a friendly attitude while efficiently gathering essential case information.
Accurately input client details and case data into legal case management software (Clio).
Maintain a friendly demeanor while keeping calls focused, using sound judgment to gather information efficiently and conclude conversations in a timely manner.
Greet arriving visitors and connect them with the correct person within the firm.
Provide support to partners, attorneys, and paralegals as requested.
Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to filing, photocopying, sorting/distributing mail, updating calendars, etc.
Other related duties as assigned.
