Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years clerical experience required
  • A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication abilities to interact with residents, their families, and team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Cad preferred
  • CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries, setting a professional and friendly tone for everyone.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage office logistics, from coordinating meetings and handling mail to ensuring we're always stocked with supplies.
  • Provide Vital Support: Assist with administrative tasks like document processing, file management, and ensuring the front desk is always covered.
