Receptionist

Encore Fire ProtectionLansdowne, MD
8d$25 - $30

About The Position

As our receptionist, you are the first impression of Encore and the steady presence at the center of a busy, growing headquarters. You are the person people meet before anyone else, the voice they hear when they call, and the calm, organized presence that keeps the front of the office running smoothly. This role blends hospitality, coordination, and communication. One moment you are welcoming a candidate on their first interview; the next, you are routing a call from a customer, helping a vendor find the right contact, or keeping mail, deliveries, and meetings running smoothly.
