Our Receptionist is one of the most important positions in establishing an atmosphere of exceptional customer service. This person greets and assists visitors, families, incoming callers, and residents in a manner that projects a warm and inviting atmosphere. Outstanding customer service is the primary goal of the receptionist; therefore, honoring resident requests is our specialty. The person holding this position is responsible for carrying out all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
