The receptionist will greet guests and other outsiders and work to ensure the smooth running of our office environment. This position handles a diverse group of external and internal callers and provides administrative support to senior management; excellent judgment and organizational skills will be required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree is required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications
  • Candidates must be polished, professional, motivated, organized, and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work well alone or with a team, for a high-level output
  • Must be comfortable taking direction from entire staff
  • Must be able to prioritize
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and credible

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcomes visitors and directs them to appropriate person
  • Answer two phone lines in a friendly manner, direct calls and take messages
  • General office duties such as filing, copying, scanning
  • Operate office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, computers
  • Administrative support for several departments
  • Manage conference room calendars and prep rooms for meetings
  • Record keeping
  • Order supplies for office needs
  • Mailing and shipping
  • Run errands when needed
  • Travel arrangements, and special projects as assigned
