About The Position

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our automotive dealership team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by greeting guests, managing calls, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
• Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department (sales, service, parts)
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Support the sales and service teams as needed
• Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information
