Requirements

Minimum 3 years of direct LIHTC recertification experience
Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Active experience with Senior Housing properties
Experience with resident relations and community engagement
Knowledge of fair housing laws and practices

Responsibilities

Manage recertification processes for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties
Ensure compliance with all federal and state LIHTC regulations and requirements
Conduct resident interviews and income verifications
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all resident files
Process lease renewals and recertifications in a timely manner
Communicate with residents regarding required documentation and deadlines
Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory agencies
Coordinate with property management team to ensure smooth operations
