About The Position

AWARD PENDING Zen Strategics, a Titan Technologies company, is seeking an onsite Records and Information Manager to support a Federal program which provides resource and information management support services to the Federal program, including administrative, data, records, and information management assistance that helps program staff perform oversight, audit, and analyze missions efficiently. Job description As the Records and Information Manager you will provide leadership, oversight, and technical expertise for the Records and Information Management components of the contract. In this role, you will lead contractor staff supporting enterprise‑wide inventory and file plan initiatives, ensuring accurate lifecycle management of analog and electronic records. The Records and Information Manager will apply records schedules, metadata standards, and access controls, protect classified and sensitive information, deliver records management training, and ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience in managing professional Records and Information Management project work.
  • A Top-Secret clearance is required.

  • Demonstrated experience related to the management of federal government records
  • Certified Records Manager designation
  • NARA / federal records compliance experience
  • Electronic records management and digitization experience
  • Experience safeguarding sensitive or classified information
