Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a records management or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good time management skills; able to meet deadline constraints
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment with shifting priorities
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control records; compile data packages to be sent to customers
  • Maintain drawing and documentation packets
  • Ensure contract data is current, available, and is distributed accordingly
  • Maintain timely communication with internal departments and external vendors and customers
  • Maintain gauge calibration data and records
  • Track Key Performance Indicators for the Quality department
  • Contribute to a clean and safe work environment; adhere to all safety procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
