About The Position

This position is responsible for daily activities to support the Records Department. This includes picking up and pulling boxes for delivery, shredding, database management, and other duties as assigned. Skilled in the areas of organization, warehousing, inventory audit, word processing, automated cycle counts, and barcoding are inherent to this position.

Requirements

  • A valid North Carolina (or other state-issued) driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Bar code, scan, and place boxes in a location
  • Upload scanner into database
  • Pull, scan, and prepare boxes for delivery
  • Deliver to and pick up boxes from clients
  • Total Recall administration
  • Manage cycle counts and perform audits
  • Responsible for problem resolution with clients
  • Maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Foster a professional attitude, cooperation, and team effort
  • Maintain a safe, secure work environment at all times
  • Keep the dock area clean and organized at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Records Supervisor
