POSITION SUMMARY: Under supervision, the Recovery LPN will provide clinical and administrative support in the BMC Brockton Behavioral Health Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) unit under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, CSS Program Director and Patient Care Director/ACNO. The Recovery LPN will facilitate patient access to recovery-oriented SUD treatment, resources and community recovery groups with an emphasis on medication administration and evaluation. This position will maintain ongoing patient support regardless of relapse and will serve as a motivator, ally, role model, problem-solver and advocate for patients. The LPN should possess a thorough understanding of addiction associated co-morbidities to better tailor clinical evaluation and care. This position requires good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
