Because healing doesn’t clock out at 5:00. YSS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated PM Shift Lead for our Ember Recovery Campus. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth through structure, support, and therapeutic care. This is a PM position, which means an evening schedule of 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. What You'll Do... Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with youth clients Maintain structure, uphold rules, and ensure consistent consequences Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet client needs Oversee evening operations and documentation Supervise and provide feedback to Recovery Specialists Partner with leadership on performance evaluations and staff development Communicate with families and case workers as needed Participate in on-call rotation and maintain required training. One year of related experience This role involves travel, including transporting clients.
