About The Position

Recovery Support Navigator Coordinator (RSNC) GAAMHA – Recovery Support Navigator Services Guiding Recovery. Strengthening Pathways. Removing Barriers. A mid-level leadership role built on compassion, accountability, and real impact. Position Overview At GAAMHA, we believe recovery is possible—and support should feel human, accessible, and rooted in dignity. People seeking help are often navigating more than a diagnosis: they’re navigating systems, setbacks, stigma, and the daily realities that can block progress. As the Recovery Support Navigator Coordinator (RSNC), you are the steady leader behind a team of Recovery Support Navigators. You’ll keep services running strong, support staff growth and accountability, and make sure every client receives person-centered, equitable, high-quality care navigation. You’ll also help remove barriers by strengthening internal workflows, improving documentation and reporting, and building powerful community partnerships that expand access to recovery supports. In addition to leadership and oversight, the RSNC maintains an active caseload and may carry additional clients as needed to ensure timely access and continuity of services. This role is ideal for a mission-driven mid-level manager who can balance people leadership with operational excellence—and who believes that the right support at the right time can change everything. You’ll guide a team that helps individuals with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditions connect to care, resources, and recovery pathways. You will ensure RSN services are delivered with consistency, compassion, and compliance—while continuously improving how the program operates and how clients experience support.
