Join Our Team as a Recovery Tech | - Evening Shift (3p-11p) All Techs are required to work every other weekend This position is for our Fridley women's residential site Are you passionate about helping individuals on their journey to recovery? At Transformation House, our Recovery Techs play an essential role in supporting clients and ensuring a safe, structured environment. You’ll work closely with clinical and nursing teams, monitor client activities, administer medications, and help maintain a positive milieu. Requirements

• Ability to be approved to drive company vehicles under company insurance
• Ability to pass DHS Background Study
• Basic computer skills
• Must have 2 years continuous freedom from substance abuse

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document client activities, ensuring safety and accountability
• Conduct facility rounds every two hours (hourly during visitation)
• Assist with client admissions, discharges, and documentation
• Administer or oversee medication distribution
• Perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests as required
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Procentive)
• Assist with facility upkeep and client chore organization
• Provide client transportation as needed
• Utilize de-escalation techniques when necessary
• Prepare meals when required
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
