Orchard Heights is seeking a Full-time Recreation Aide to join our exceptional team!!! Do you love music, games and all thing holidays? It’s your time to shine to brighten someone’s day! Come be a vibrant Recreational Aide and make a difference in our residents’ lives. Hamister Group is looking to hire a Recreation Aide at our Orchard Heights Assisted Living Facility. Our Rec Aides will assist the Recreation Director in providing outstanding recreation programs that provide our residents with an active and enjoyable lifestyle. Individualized planning and attention will be given to each resident, based upon his or her personal recreation needs and interests. Our goal is to provide the most interesting, stimulating and enjoyable recreation service possible; therefore, honoring resident requests is our specialty.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Related education is a bonus! (i.e. social work, gerontology, education)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Recreation Director in providing outstanding recreation programs
- Provide residents with an active and enjoyable lifestyle
- Individualized planning and attention will be given to each resident, based upon his or her personal recreation needs and interests
- Provide the most interesting, stimulating and enjoyable recreation service possible
