About The Position
Recreation Assistant - River Road - Part time - $19 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike community - (4) days per week - week-days 11:00am - 7:00pm or 12:00pm - 8:00pm including every other weekend 7am-3pm, must be flexible with scheduling and some holidays - Provide activities tailored to the individual abilities, needs and desires of residents to enable them to enjoy the highest quality of life. Requirements
- High School graduate or GED.
- Current NJ driver’s license in good standing required, may be required to drive company vehicle.
- Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, scanner, photocopying and laminating machine, die-cut equipment, resident bus equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year experience in long term care and/or dementia care preferred.
