The Recreation Facility Assistant serves as the friendly face guests see first, greeting visitors, answering questions, and helping people get the most out of programs and facilities. Daily work includes assisting with registrations and memberships, supporting classes and events, handling front desk operations, and keeping the facility running smoothly. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills help ensure every guest has a positive experience. This role works closely with staff, patrons, and community members in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting. Opportunities to assist with events, programs, and facility operations keep each day varied and engaging. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed will go a long way. Bonus points if you enjoy helping people and do not mind occasionally being the hero who knows where the extra pool noodles are.
