About The Position

Recruiters will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Recruiting Owner/Operators, ICs, and Contractors providing transportation services

Responsibilities

• Develop a sourcing strategy to identify talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Solicit and screen drivers fit for open positions.
• Leverage internal recruiting resources to identify talent.
• Facilitate the recruiting process-talk to candidates throughout the hiring process, from scheduling interviews, extending offers and more.
• Manage and keep candidate records updated and accurate in ATS.
• Build a robust and dynamic personal brand via networking efforts and rich working relationships.
• Maintain driver relationships for future opportunities and always think ahead to the next great match.
• Conducting interviews and filtering drivers for open positions
• Assist with training new recruiters to understand our processes
