Additional duties include performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The role requires 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field. A bachelor's degree in a relevant area is preferred but not mandatory. The Recruiter I will rely on pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform their duties and will work under immediate supervision.
