Provides support to Hiring Managers by partnering, interviewing, assessing candidates, coordinating and supporting second interviews and interacting/assisting Hiring Managers to make sound hiring decisions for hotel and park frontline roles up to and possibly including operational leadership positions. This includes sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, recommending finalists, making job offers to both internal and external candidates, and supporting the onboarding process. High Volume Recruiting Experience in a hospitality setting highly desired. Experienced in front-line/hourly employees.
